This is a re-chromed rear bumper for a 1941 Buick Special (Series 40) and 1941 Buick Century (Series 60). It is a California job, not World Class, but very good show or go. It has some chrome flaking right where the decal is. I bought it at Hershey for my Series 70, but the guy had it mismarked, and it does not fit. So my loss can be your gain.
