This is a used original german ignition switch and locking housing for a 1968-1970 VW bus transporter. This unit has no holes drilled into it and has no cracks. The lock and electric ignition switch are included but this unit has sat so long (12 years) that the steering lock post is not working when the key is removed so unless you can free it up you have no locking steering. The included key turns the steering lock fine....
