The underside where it fits over the carburetor measures 2 ¼” ID on outer section, and 1 ¾” ID on inner section. The outside has been cleaned with a wire brush and shows slight scratch marks from this. The filter element should be cleaned or replaced. See pics for proper assessment. Being sold as is....
