This is a vintage Ford Holley 4150 carburetor. This is a core and will need to be restored. It appears to be original and complete except for the front float bowl, metering block and transfer tube, which were replaced to use a standard dual inlet fuel line at some point. The front metering block does not have a vacuum fitting and does not appear to be drilled for one to be functional. Unknown if the rear block and bowl are original. Numbers stamped on choke horn are DOZF-9510-Z - LIST 4653 - 975...
