Used but never cut to install a hitch ball so if you have a receiver hitch and don't want to see the hole where the bumper hitch ball once was. here is the answer. These pop right off although each one of the three I have listed has the center rear tab broken I am pointing to it. Doesn't effect function at all as there is more than enough tabs remaining. Needs cleaned. Hard to find as most were drilled for a hitchball....
