This is the center console cup holder used in 1995-1997 W140's. The center console armrest folds up and exposes this. INCLUDES SCREWS THIS WON'T FIT 1998/1999 W140'S!!!!! THEY DRAMATICALLY CHANGED THE DESIGN IN 1998 AND 1999; THIS WON'T FIT OUT OF THE BOX, YOU'LL HAVE TO CUT IT IN HALF. IT'S DOABLE, BUT YOU NEED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH TOOLS. I DID THIS IN MY 1998 S420 AND IT WAS A MUCH, MUCH BETTER CUP HOLDER COMPARED TO THE 1998/99 CUP HOLDER....
