Used normal wear for it’s age, needs to be cleaned up and it will look a lot better. Some of the chrome has small bumps (pitting) , there is also a small square hole that looks to be that someone cut it out for a switch or something. I don’t think it’s factory cutout, I’m sure with a little bondo it can be repaired. I would say if would be hard to see because it sits under a little ledge on the dash.
