The Rolls-Royce Meteor is a British tank engine that was developed during the Second World War. It was used in British tanks up to 1964. The Meteor was adapted from the Rolls-Royce Merlin aircraft engine. It is naturally aspirated using twelve cylinders to develop 640 HP and weighs 2300 pounds.
