New old stock. Not opened until I opened it for inspection and photos.Probably made in the 1960s. Heavy, well made with attached jute backing. Still soft and very pliable. There are no rips, tears, or holes. But, there may be pre drilled holes for the dimmer switch and possibly for the gas and brake pedals.
