Vintage Antique Fog Driving Light W/bumper Bracket 1940s ‘50s Gmc Chev Ford Dodg

This is a neat, sturdy bumper-mounted driving light for old cars and trucks. It has a GE bulb in it that has “Driving” embossed into the glass. The bracket is adjustable for directing the beam. I would presume this is a 6-volt but I am uncertain. I do not know if the bulb works. Some paint loss on back of assembly. Photos describe best....
