1950s International Harvester Ihc Speedometer & Instrument Gauge Cluster, Dodge

Bought these to use in a 38 Dodge but have since found the proper instruments. These fit just a bit loose in my 4-3/4" openings but would fit and work ok if you needed them for an old Mopar. These seem to measure 4-5/8" where they fit dash openings. Speedometer is stuck / does not turn by hand and has some paint loss from face, gauges are untested but look clean, dry, and perfect....
