This pair of Xenon AFS headlights was removed from a 2006 Infiniti M45. Fits M35 and M45 models from 2006-2007, and maybe a bit earlier and later. Please PNs and shape of the lights match yours Includes the headlights, ballasts, and all that you see in the photos. The lights were tested and function just fine.
