It looks pretty fair. Lens doesn't look bad. Minor oxidation to screws. Probably could use some penetrating oil to free up adjusters. Untested. Mounting tab has a crack. Chrome trim isn't the best but should clean up. Looks like the mounting areas of the trim are beginning to crack. Any and all issues are shown through the pics.
