1922 1923 Cadillac Speedometer Clock Van Sicklen Stewart Warner Restored Working Very nice Restored Stewart Warner Van Sicklen Speedometer P21000 with Elgin clock. This piece comes from my late grandfather's rebuilder's business. He would have done the restoration. Winds nice. Time set does not work. I didn't want to force anything. Runs nice. Trip reset works. Gear moves nice. I did not test this piece on a bench and assuming it works. Again I do not know what calibration it currently has on it...
