1920's 1930's Ford? Trunk Latch

This is a trunk latch for a 1920's or 1930's Ford , I think. It is functional but has a rust through on the back cover. Still works ok with a good spring. The mounting plate is 3 5/8" long and 3 1/4" wide. The flange is 1" x 3 1/4". The pawl sticking out is 5/8" x 5/8". Side holes are 2 3/4" centers. Check these specs and the pictures to confirm this is correct for your needs. It came t o me without a host car so guessing on application as it looks like other Ford latches.
