This is the rubber gasket that seals the windshield frame to the body on your 1930-1937 "swing out windshield" equipped Plymouth cars. It slips into a slot in the perimeter of the windshield frame. Just thread it around the frame, trim for a perfect fit and glue the ends together with a dab of weatherstrip adhesive (sold on our ebay store if you need it.)
