This unique and rare vintage item from the 1940s and 1950s is a Sinko Royal Cornet Famous Bi-Flector " FOR THE PARTICULAR MOTORIST". This deflector is Yellow / Lime Green color with a chrome disc, that may need to be replaced, I am not sure if it is under the paper center. The box displays VERY WELL..
