You are purchasing a NOS Autolite Windshield Wiper Pivot that fits Dodge sedan coupe, 1953. EWY116A is stamped in the casting and the letter "J" is stamped in the arm. Fits right or left side. Please check to make sure this is the one you need, there are a couple of variations with different length crank arms. The overall length of the crank arm on this one is 2-1/8".
