Rare 1930-1940's Delco ,GM column mount dash fan , defroster. Great design, nice used condition. Looks like someone has installed new wire, fan blades spin freely but it did not work when 6 volt hooked up to it. So it will need to be taken apart cleaned and repaired. Chevrolet and other GM models....
