This is a reproduction of an early Oldsmobile brass data plate. This one would have been for cars after the "curved dash" model which was from 1902-1907. The patent dates suggest that it would have been used no earlier than 1909. The second image is for one that has dates that would fit with the "curved dash" model since its latest date is in the spring of 1902. I do a deeply etched version of this plate for $75.
