This not really a tunnel but an adapter plate that converts the larger hole around the shift to the oval hole for the shift boot to attach to. This cover is used and in good working order but does need to be cleaned up and painted. This unit has a little surface rust here and there but nothing major. This cover would benefit from some time in the blast cab...
