The light is untested and the sealed beam lens is 5-1/4" across the exposed lens and 17" long (which can be adjusted). The sealed beam says 40 watt 6-8 Volt. The light swivels by the handle and the switch is made with the handle. The light bezel has a couple dings otherwise looks good...See Photos....SSM9123....
