This new old stock clutch release fork was manufactured by General Motors for use on the following models: Chevrolet 1938 – 1946 All, COMM, Utility ( HC, HD, HE, T, JC, JD, JE, V, KC, KD, KE, KF, W, AK, AL, AM, AN, Y, BK, BL, BM, BN, M 838711 2nd type type 10-3/8” long x 2-3/8” wide This is a used part and may be a little bit dirty still. I wiped it off so I could read the numbers and what not on it. The clutch for comes as you see it in the photos....
