Details:
1942-1948 Lincoln steering wheel horn ring. It does have 1 break in the outer ring which should be an easy fix. The chrome has some pitting and blemishes as shown. The outer rim is a little bent like most of them are. Its pretty minor and could probably be used as is or it could be straightened with a little heat and some patience. The pictures tell the story.
