Reproduction of the mounting hub used to attach the S83 Rim Blow and S84 Tuff steering wheels to the steering column on various 1970-76 Dodge or Plymouth models equipped with the optional Rim Blow or Tuff Wheel steering wheels. On the bottom side of the hub the copper lower horn contact ring and wire are pre-installed with a heavy duty retainer circlip. Also included are the 3 nuts that secure the steering wheel to the hub.
