PLEASE NOTE : As of July 6, 2022, I learned that IH made one box from later 1969 through 1973 and another slightly different box in 1974 and 1975. When they moved the engine back about 4 inches to make the front of the truck less nose heavy, they also changed the way the box mounted to the frame. The tailgate latching system also changed from a rotating two-finger type of latch to a sliding bolt type of latch.
