This is an original pair of 1941-42 Chevy Windshield Wiper Towers. Pretty decent condition, shiny, but do have some tiny speckles, some pitts, nicks and scratches in areas-see photos. These are not stuck, but do have some normal wear-see photos. Splines have some nicks, rubs and scrapes, but I think are still useable-see photos.
